Rudolph P. Guzik - is President and Principal Consultant of Imaging Technology Consultants (founded 1984). He is an engineering physicist and optical engineer with over thirty years of technical and management experience in industrial product development. He holds several patents, has published in several fields, and has Chaired SPIE Optical Engineering Midwest Conferences. He is, or has been, a member of PDMA, NBIA, SPIE, OSA, SID, and IS&T, and is listed in the Teltech Sopheon Expert Database and in the IEEE Consultant's Network.
Daneen Guzik - CPC, Principal Recruiting Consultant and Office Administrator. For many years, she owned and operated her own recruiting firm, Resources, Inc. on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. She manages ITC operations and provides general recruiting services and support for professional technical placement. She has organized specialized seminars and training programs for clients and performs other related contract assignments.
Allan Boleslawski - of AEB Services, Inc. is an experienced AutoCAD designer and engineer. He can efficiently develop a product from layout to detailed production drawings. He is familiar with production methods and his working knowledge of metal fabrication, casting, and injection molding often eliminates the need for secondary revisions. He is inventive and creative and holds several patents. His other business activities include contract home remodeling and short-run production of hobby model accessories. AEB Services
Dr. Benjamin A. Jacobson - President of Illumitech, Inc. is an expert in developing high performance illumination and light collection systems based on non-imaging optics. His prior experience, as Chief Scientist at NiOptics Corporation, is directly related but his background in chemistry and instrumentation is applicable to other fields including biomedical systems. He has management experience and has also served as an Associate of ARCH Venture Partners. Robert D. Gengelbach - Vice-President of Illumitech, Inc. was formerly the Engineering Manager at NiOptics. Prior to that, he was an Imaging Research Laboratory Director at Eastman Kodak and has extensive experience in optics, electronic imaging, and applied electrophotography. Illumitech's laboratory provides capabilities in optics, radiometry, and machine vision. Illumitech, Inc.
Howard Lange - President of Prospect Research Labs is an engineering physicist with extensive experience in CRT fabrication and related optical systems. He was formerly the Senior Scientist at Zenith Electronics and worked on production methods for phosphor faceplates, masks, and projection screens. He created custom optical design software and unusual large format lenses. He also designed a diamond cutting engine and is deeply familiar with a wide range of production methods and practices. His applied experience also includes software, electronics, electromagnetics, electrostatics, and mechanical engineering. He has a well equipt optics and electronics lab and prefers to work hands-on. He has over 20 patents and is a member of IEEE, OSA, and IS&T (SPSE).
Dr. Charles Rey - President of Intersonics Technology Corporation is a specialist in ultrasonics and acoustics. He has designed and developed a variety of piezoelectric driven sounders for automotive, marine, and other commercial applications. In addition, he has worked on sensing systems, ultrasonic welding, and levitation devices. His ultrasonics and sound laboratory can also provide electronics support.
Dr. Alan Sobel - was President of Lucitron inc, which developed a large flat-panel full color display in the 1980s. A consultant since 1988, Dr. Sobel is a P.E. and PhD in Physics. He holds 14 patents, and is a well-known authority on display systems and technology. He is a Fellow of SID and was the Editor of the Journal of the Society for Information Display for many years. He is a member of SPIE, APS, IICS, and a Senior Member of IEEE.
David G. Padgitt - is a technical and management consultant specializing in electronics and new business ventures. His expertise includes analysis, strategic planning, and implementation. He is also familiar with the design and development of analog and digital circuits including PCBs, PLDs, ASICs, and embedded systems.
Dr. Mark A. Anastasio - has recently joined the Pritzker Institute of Medical Engineering at IIT and is working in medical imaging. He has a BS (IIT/92) and MS in EE (UP/93), an MS is Physics (UIC/95), and his PhD in Medical Physics (UC/01). His interests and expertise include image reconstruction, image processing/analysis, physics based modeling/imaging, and pattern recognition/classification. His experience applies to industrial and military imaging problems, as well as medical and bio-medical instrumentation applications.
Howard L. Clausing - President of H L Clausing, Inc. designs and fabricates custom thin film coatings and interference filters. He also maintains an well equipt optical lab with a large optical table. He can measure IR/VIS/UV transmission, reflection, and absorption of any substrate. H L Clausing
Ms. Shu-i Wang - has an MS in Optics and ten years of practical engineering experience in the design and development of lenses, optical components, and optical instruments. She can work with OSLO, ZEMAX, and CODE V. She is a Research Engineer at the University of Chicago.
In addition to these principals and associates, ITC has a number of other competent professionals and specialists available on a temporary contract or task-specific basis.
