    Contingency Recruiting Fee Schedule

     Professional personnel: 15% of first year annual salary with 30-day guarantee.

45-day option: 1.5% payable on start, non-refundable. Remainder (13.5%) due after 45 days.

60-day option: 3% payable on start, non-refundable. Remainder (12%) due after 60 days.

     Support personnel: 15% of first year annual salary with 30-day guarantee.

60-day option: 3% payable on start, non-refundable. Remainder (12%) due after 60 days.
